Exchange Policy:
Initiate Exchange:
Contact our customer service team at spicetree2024@gmail.com in within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process.
Please provide your order number and the reason for the exchange in your email.
Spice Tree reserves all the rights to validate the reason of exchange.
Exchange Eligibility:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for exchange.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, a store credit or refund will be issued instead.
Shipping Cost:
Customers are responsible for the return and new product shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item(s).
Exchange Process:
Once your returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will process the exchange.
If the exchange is approved, the new item will be shipped to you promptly.
Any price differences between the exchanged items will be handled accordingly.
Final Sale Items:
Please note that certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for exchange. These items will be clearly indicated on the product page.
Cancellation Policy (for India):
Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, without incurring any charges. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team.
Cancellation After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Custom Orders: Custom or special orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed.
